VDF Concrete Flooring

Stamped Concrete is the process of adding texture and color to concrete to make it resemble stone, brick, slate, cobblestone and many other products found in nature including wood, fossils, shells and many more. This limitless array of possibili&es combined with great durability makes Stamped Concrete an easy choice for new construc&on and renova&on projects.

The installa&on consists of pressing molds into the concrete while the concrete is s&ll in its plas&c state. Color is achieved by using Dry Shakes or Color Hardeners, Powder or Liquid Releases, Integral Colors or Acid Stains. All these products may be combined to create even more intricate designs.

Stamped Concrete may be used on boundary walls, exteriors, lobby or living room walls, feature walls, in showrooms and commercial establishments.

What is VDF Flooring with Steel Fiber?

VDF Flooring, or Vacuum Dewatered Flooring, is a specialized concrete flooring technique designed to enhance compressive strength, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and minimize shrinkage and floor wraps. Incorporating steel fibers into VDF Flooring steel fiber further increases its durability, making it ideal for high-abrasion and heavy-traffic areas. This method ensures high strength, longer life, better finish, and faster completion

.

Benefits of VDF Flooring with Steel Fiber

  • Increased Compressive Strength: Over 50% improvement.
  • Reduced Cement Consumption: Over 30% savings, as no separate cement is needed for finishing.
  • Enhanced Abrasion Resistance: More than 50% increase.
  • Higher Wear Resistance
  • Minimal Dusting & Crack Formation
